The Purpose

The Best Designs recognizes the best Flash and CSS web sites from around the world. Websites are categorized by CSS or Flash and also by elements of the design. TBD is usually updated every weekday, with the exception of holidays.

The Best Designs is currently being redesigned and restructured to improve your experience. The goal is to make this site the best it can be as technology and user expectations change. The launch date of the redesign is unknown at this time, but should happen sometime in late 2010. Make sure you come back to the site to see what's new, or you can sign up for Twitter updates.

TBD was launched in 2001, and in 2006, it was re-structured to include design categories.

Most of TheBestDesigns.com's visitors consist of creative professionals, developers, and business owners. Many of TBD's visitors come from Google searches and from other design industry sites. TBD has also been featured as one of the "Top Ten Design Resources" by How Design Magazine.
